Pre-orders are a great way to order boutique girls clothing you want without having to worry about sell-outs and over-sells. At My Little Jules boutique we want you to feel confident that you will receive your pre-order items or can safety cancel, change or return your order. We provide our pre-order customers with approximate shipping dates for each product on product pages. However, we do not guarantee these dates as shipping delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. We provide updates on pre-order delivery dates via My Little Jules Facebook,  Jules' Got Style blog and Newsletters.

Before placing a pre-order with us, please get acquainted with our pre-order policy. 

CANCELLING, CHANGING OR RETURNING YOUR PRE-ORDER

Our customers reserve the right to change or cancel their pre-orders at any point. If you chose to cancel or remove items from your pre-order before it has been shipped and within the first 30 days of placing your pre-order, you may do so for a 100% credit card or PayPal refund. Pre-order items canceled after 30 days of the original order date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may add to your pre-order at any time, providing that we have the items available and have not yet shipped your complete pre-order. In case we are not able to collect payments for the remaining balance within 2 weeks from the initial attempt, your order will be cancelled and all your deposits for un-shipped pre-order items minus the 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the original form of payment; 15% restocking fee is calculated from the total amount before any discounts or promotions are applied.

If for any reason My Little Jules is not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount regardless of when the order was placed. 

SHIPPING YOUR PRE-ORDER

My Little Jules will wait till at least 1/2 or more of your pre-order items are in stock to ship your items. Please contact us if you would like us to ship some of your items sooner. We will break your pre-order into 2 shipments at no extra change. All additional shipments requested by the customer within the U.S. or Canada are $2 each. International pre-orders are shipped when they are 100% complete, unless otherwise is requested by the customer. Shipping charges for all additional shipments on international orders will be calculated based on the weight of the package and final destination.
