LOCAL PICKUP IS NOW AVAILABLE. If you are located in Tampa Bay area, you can pick up your online order at our office in Safety Harbor, Fl. Simple select In-Store Pickup as your shipping option during checkout. YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE FIRST. Please pick up your in-stock order withing 1 week of placing it. Orders that are not picked up within 1 week will be cancelled with no exceptions. If you are placing a pre-order, we will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. Shipping is FREE for orders $79 and up at My Little Jules boutique. Free shipping orders going to Canada will only be tracked up to the border and may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Please keep in mind that once you submit and pay for your order, changes to you order may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before you make your final selection.

My Little Jules bourique uses USPS to ship your items. Use the table below to estimate your shipping cost within the U.S. Shipping on orders outside the Unites States is calculated at checkout and is based on weight and final destination. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your in-stock order to be shipped. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Once your items are shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that will include the carrier and tracking number you can use on the carrier's website to track your order. If tracking information shows your order has been delivered, please check everywhere. Sometimes, carriers will leave your items by your door, garage, with neighbors’ or building manager. Sometimes, local post office will hold a package for pick-up. If the tracking information shows that the package has been returned to us, please contact us as we might have a wrong shipping address on file.

We currently ship to everywhere in the continental United States as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and many countries around the world. Orders going to countries other than U.S. and Canada do nor qualify for free shipping and will ship via First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.

My Little Jules will wait till at least 1/2 or more of your order is in stock to ship your items. This includes mixed orders that have pre-order and in-stock items. Please contact us if you would like us to ship some of your items sooner. We will break your order into 2 shipments at no extra change. All additional shipments requested by the customer within the U.S. or Canada are $2 each. International orders are shipped when they are 100% complete, unless otherwise is requested by the customer. Shipping charges for all additional shipments will be calculated based on the weight of the package and final destination.

Please note that once the package is delivered to the right address, it becomes the property of the recipient and My Little Jules is not responsible for the packages that were lost, damaged or stolen after their delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
