We really love this dress,  it is even better in person.  We often size down in Jelly the Pug but I think this dress runs more true to size.  We wear 3 to 4 in most brands and the 4 fits perfectly.  There is elastic under the arms but it is a little slim at the top.

LOVE IT! Runs small April 10, 2012

Got my daughter the 3t to wear next year and it actually fits perfect right now and looks SO much cuter on!!! OMG I love it!  She is a solid 2t in dresses right now so I would definitely size up.  Under the arms is a little elastic for a nice fit.  You will not be disappointed!!!
