Cute dress, runs very big November 23, 2012

The dress is really cute, but its way oversized than standard sizing.  I ordered it for thanksgiving and it was so big there is no way my daughter was going to be able to wear it this year.  Also, in the picture, it looks like the top of the dress is a mustard yellow, but its really a lime green color.  The picture isn't really accurate.
