- Items purchased at a total discount of 50% or
more are a final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Items with signs of tag tampering or without
tags are considered used and will not be processed.
- Sale items or items purchased with a promotional
discount (except for WELCOME code) can be returned for store credit only and
are not eligible for exchanges.
- We only offer exchanges on full priced items
shipped within the U.S. and Canada.
SHIPPING ON ORDERS $69+: If you return 50% or more of your order or your
new order total falls below $69, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your
ITEMS: If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us by
phone or via email. Defective items are eligible for return shipping
reimbursement at USPS Standard rate.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We will process your return/exchange within 5-10 business days upon receipt.
