When items are in stock and ready to be shipped, My Little Jules will contact you to collect the rest of the balance (if any is due). Customers can also always contact us to make payments at any time. In case we don't hear back from you and can't collect payments for 2 weeks, your order will be cancelled and all your deposits minus the initial 10% will be refunded to the original form of payment.
