For any exchange or return, please fill out Exchange/Return form included with your order or download and print one out below. Please note that Shipping fees inquired by the customer are non-refundable. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels for returns and exchanges. - FULL-PRICE ITEMS: Can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment.
- SALE ITEMS: Items purchased at a reduced price or with discount coupon can be returned for store credit only within 15 days of shipment. No exchanges.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items purchased at a total discount of 50% or more, returned without tags or with signs of tag tampering, used/damaged by customer items do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Returned final sale items will be donated without notice.
- SHOES: If returned with postage stickers attached to the original shoe box, will be considered final sale. Joyfolie shoes returned without included Joyfolie clips are subject to $10 fee.
- HOLIDAY ITEMS: Become final sale on the day of the holiday.
- EASY PAYMENT PLANS: In case of refund, the 15% down payment per item is non-refundable. In case of store credit or exchange, customer will receive full credit for their item(s).
- FREE SHIPPING ORDERS: Are subject to $6 shipping fee if customer returns 50% or more of the order or new order total falls below free shipping minimum.
- PRICE GUARANTEE: If purchased items are permanently discounted within 7 days of order shipment, we will offer price adjustment in form of store credit. Customer must contact us within 4 days of price reduction to request price adjustment. Flash sale and Easy Payment Plan items do not qualify for price adjustment.
EXCHANGES
We do not hold items for exchanges. The only way to guarantee your exchange items is to follow QUICK EXCHANGE instructions below. - QUICK EXCHANGE: Does not apply to final sale items. Place a new order for the items you want and send unwanted items back for a full refund. You will get shipping reimbursement at the USPS Standard rate for your NEW Quick Exchange order in case any shipping was due. Must be equal value or more as returned item(s). Include your quick exchange order number with your return.
- REGULAR EXCHANGE: Fill out the form/exchanges form included with your package.
